A luxury 3 bedroomed sea-view villa with 3 ensuite bathrooms and its own private pool. The villa is located in the beautiful area of between Ayia Marina Chrysochous and Nea Dhimmata, about 40 miles from Paphos airport and a short drive from Polis. The villa sleeps up to 6 people.

Lounge: Large open planned living area with patio doors to the front overlooking the front patio and the sea. There is a 30 inch flat screen television and DVD player.

There is a second sitting area with more patio doors and a television.

In total in the lounge area there are 2 triple sofas, 2 double sofas, 1 armchair and numerous small tables; plus a dining table with seating for six. One of the sofas will convert into a bed if necessary.

There is a downstairs guest cloakroom.

Kitchen: The kitchen has a large table for everyday dining. The kitchen equipment includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and general kitchen utensils.

There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are provided too.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms, two upstairs and one on the ground floor. Master bedroom, double bed, double aspect with ensuite double Jacuzzi bathroom. Patio doors to the balcony overlooking the sea. Bedroom 2 – Twin beds, with balcony and ensuite shower room. Ground floor bedroom – double bed with ensuite shower room.

Outside: Swimming Pool 10 x 5 metres, with Roman steps, and an outside shower. BBQ.

Large garden and many patio areas, so it is possible to gain shade or sun at any time, or shelter from wind from any direction. Covered parking area.

Other information: The local area is unspoiled. There is sea fishing about 300 metres from the villa. It is an ideal walking and cycling location. Water sports are available at Latchi just a 15 minute drive away. The nearest sandy beach is about 1 km from the villa.

The nearest restaurant is about 7 minutes by car and the nearest supermarket 1 minute by car. Polis is a 10 minute drive away.
