Villa Panorama

This unique villa has a panoramic view from Mt. Olympus in the Troodos to Limassol Port across Pissouri village and Bay. The Villa is built with living/ dining area on the first floor to retain the best views and the evening breeze. The bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, are conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access to the pool and patio areas. Air conditioning is provided throughout and there is also central heating for the cooler months.

Accommodation

Kitchen: The spacious modern kitchen is fitted with top quality German gas hob, oven and dishwasher and a stainless fridge and microwave. A tea kettle, toaster and ample cookware are provided for even the gourmet cook.

Lounge/dining area: Seating for 6 is provided by two leather couches and a lounge chair with footstool. There is a 27 inch TV and DVD/ CD player. The dining table can seat at least 6 people with the leaves extended. A table and 4 chairs are also provided for the upstairs balcony.

There is also a powder room with toilet and sink on this level.

Bedrooms & bathrooms: The Master bedroom has a King size Bed. The en suite bath has an oversized tub with shower attachment, toilet, bidet and sink with vanity. The second Bedroom has a Queen size Bed. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with vanity. Both bedrooms have very ample built-in wardrobes. Ceiling fans are provided as well as A/C.

The washing machine is on the ground floor for easy access for doing bed linens, towels, etc. An ironing board and iron is also provided.

Pool & grounds: The villa has a spacious 5 by 10 metre pool with roman stairs. Lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs and umbrella are provided for the pool patio and deck area. The villa has extensive grounds with fruit and flowering trees and shrubs. There is covered parking for a car.
