Aphrodite Villa

Pissouri Village, Cyprus

This villa, designed on one level, has a lovely swimming pool and all rooms are air-conditioned. It is situated below the village with other privately owned villas and is about 1 km from Pissouri Village Square. This part of the village commands lovely views across the countryside, to the mountains and toward Aphrodite's Rock to the west.

Features

The large, open-plan sitting room has a pleasant sitting area with comfortable sofas, coffee and occasional tables, a 42" Home cinema and Hi-Fi system with Sky free to view channels. The lounge and dining area are both air-conditioned (included in the rate).

The dining area is furnished with a dining table and matching chairs and has lovely views over the adjacent vineyard. The kitchen is fitted with quality units and granite worktops. It is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath/shower room. There is a further King size bedroom and twin bedded room, which both have independent access via patio doors to the poolside. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables/ bedside tables. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, which is included in the rate.

There is also a separate family shower room, washbasin and w.c.

The swimming pool is 5m x 8m with a poolside shower and outside lighting and Large Patio, BBQ and garden area. All linen is provided except beach towels. Water is heated by solar panels and there is an immersion heater for the occasional dull day in winter. This villa has central heating, double-glazed one-way glass for privacy and fly screens. Access is via a private driveway, suitable for wheelchair access via the rear of the Villa.

The beautiful Blue Flag beach at Pissouri bay is 5 minutes drive away, with excellent tavernas. Fassouri Water Park is a 30-minute drive (great for the kids!). Pissouri village is a short drive up the hill; here you will find great tavernas, bars restaurants and supermarkets. (If you are feeling fit then try the 15-minute walk to the village square. Be warned: the hill is steep, but the views are worth it!)
