This luxury single-level 3-bedroomed villa sleeps 5. Set on a 500 m² plot, it features a private swimming pool and sea views.

Living area: Open plan living area with leather sofas and chairs, with air-conditioning. Patio doors lead to the front patio and swimming pool area.

Kitchen and dining area:the kitchen equipment includes dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer. The dining area looks out to the pool and garden.

There are three bedrooms, two with king-size double beds, and one with a single bed.

Bathrooms: Toilet & washbasin, and a separate bathroom with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Outside is an attractive private swimming pool set in a patio and garden.

All linen and towels are provided (except pool and beach towels).

Air conditioning is included. Villa cleaned between lets.
