This luxury 4-bedroomed villa sleeps 6 and features a private swimming pool
and sea views.
Living Area: Open plan living area with leather sofas and chairs,
with air-conditioning and central heating.
Dining Area: Air-conditioned with dining table with six chairs.
Kitchen Area: A well equipped luxury kitchen with table and chairs
for six. Equipment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer,
ceramic hob, toaster, electric fan oven.
Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms:

one has a king-size bed and ensuite shower room;
-
the second has king-size bed and balcony with views to
the sea
-
bedrooms 3 and 4 are large single bedrooms
Bathrooms: Master bedroom has en-suite shower room. Additionally
there is 1 bathroom with over-bath shower, and a downstairs WC.
Outside is a 10m x 4m private swimming pool with outside shower, and a
barbeque area.
All linen and towels are provided (except pool and beach towels).
Air conditioning is included. Villa cleaned between lets.

01 May, the villa is available for the following dates:

- 30 August 2008 onwards

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before

*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that
