This luxury 3-bedroomed, air-conditioned villa with outdoor swimming pool that can be heated at certain times of the year by special arrangement at extra cost. Heating is costly and is only available in October/November & April, and must be arranged at the time of booking.

Air conditioning is included - all a/c units are fitted with 2 hour timers, which can be switched on again after the 2 hours, and provide repeated 2 hour periods of air conditioning.

The villa is located approximately 150 metres from the beach, shops and tavernas. It offers sea and panoramic views.

The villa has a large barbecue area, a large pergola with shaded area, large oval table with six chairs and parasol. Sunbeds and parasols. Outside shower. 9m by 5m swimming pool which could be heated by special arrangement for an extra charge depending on fuel costs. The pool has with roman steps.

Living Area: Open plan living area equipped with LCD TV including Sky TV. There is also a Mini Hi-Fi with CD player.

Dining Area: Dining table with six chairs.

Kitchen Area: Well equipped including electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer with ice making compartment, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms:There are three bedrooms - two with king-size beds and one twin-bedded room with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables.

Bathrooms: Master bedroom has en-suite shower room. Additionally there is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 W.C. downstairs.

All linen and towels are provided (except pool and beach towels).

Villa cleaned between lets.
