The swimming pool and garden of Villa Ampeli
The villa has sea views, being only 200 m from the beach.
It is a 2-minute level walk to the resort centre, with its shops, tavernas
and holiday activities. Completed in 2005, it is comfortably furnished in a
modern style, and has facilities for six guests to have a luxurious and
relaxing stay.
The large private pool (4m by 9m) features Roman steps at
the shallow end, and a depth varying from 1m to 2.1m.
The garden is equipped with six loungers and an outdoor dining table below a
shaded pergola. Next to the villa is a grassy area for outdoor family games
(provided). For al fresco cooking, there is also a gas barbecue.
For warm evenings outdoors, there are terrace, garden and
pool lights.
The downstairs is open-plan. The lounge area has comfortable seating, and
views through patio doors of the pool and garden.
There is satellite television (limited channels), with a DVD player. There
is also a CD hi-fi with mp3 jack. Selections of DVDs and CDs are provided.
The dining area features a circular glass dining table, with views of the
pool and garden through another set of patio doors.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.
The separate utility room has a washing machine, sink, microwave, iron and
board. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The three bedrooms are all upstairs, (one ensuite double, and two twins),
along with a family bathroom, which has a bath with shower. Each bedroom has
its own balcony: two with garden and sea views and balcony furniture, the
other with views of the Troodos Mountains. Fitted wardrobes provide ample
clothes storage, with bedside units, lamps and a dressing table in each
bedroom.
There is an extra charge for use of the air conditioning (downstairs and in
bedrooms) of €17 per day, payable locally. Linen and bath towels are
provided, except for beach towels. A welcome pack is supplied.
We respectfully request that guests smoke only in the
garden.

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before
departure.
*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that
bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked
in each month.
