Villa Elia

Detached Villa at Pissouri Beach Cyprus with private pool and garden with sea views

Villa Elia ("Elia" is Greek for olives) is located only 2 minutes' walk from the beach, shops and tavernas, 10 minutes' drive from both Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf courses, and 30 minutes' drive from either Paphos or Limassol.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout (included in price): the units also act as heaters in cooler weather. Being only 2 minutes' walk from the beach and amenities means that a car is not essential.

A welcome pack of essentials - tea bags, milk, sugar, bread, butter, ham & water, is provided.

Internet WiFi Access now available

To gain access visitors need to visit the Café (on the main road into the village - opposite the car park) and buy access , get a password and they are ready to connect. The price is 17.5 Euros for 2 weeks (10 Euros for 1 week). There are also other networks that are available. Also, access is available at the Pissouriana in the village and some cafes at the Beach.

The air-conditioning units in the bedrooms are available as required, and DO NOT have timers fitted to them. Those in the lounge have timers which allow 2 hours use at a time, which can be repeated as required.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, and bedside cabinets. Balcony has sea views and table and chairs.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinet. Balcony has sea views and table and chairs.

Cot available on request.

Bathrooms: En suite shower room to bedroom 1 with WC, washbasin and wall unit. Separate family bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, vanity unit with basin adjacent to bedroom 2. Downstairs, there is a WC with hand basin.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board. Fully equipped with crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc.

Lounge/dining area: Open plan, light and airy with 2 patio doors to garden. Three comfortable sofas, satellite TV limited channels, DVD player and Play Station 2. Radio with CD, coffee table and units with lamp.

Dining area has round table to seat 6 and wall unit.

Outside: Private pool 9m x 4m with wide terraced area, 4 loungers for sunbathing and covered pergola for when shade is required. South facing views across open land to the sea. There is a stone built BBQ available to guests.

Secluded private lawned garden with mature trees, shrubs, and colourful plants. Covered patio area with outdoor dining furniture. Drive has parking for 2 cars and is pergola covered.

General

Villa cleaned between lets, extra cleaning can be arranged for local charge. Ample towels and bed linen. Beach towels not provided.

No smoking in villa.
