Chelidonia House is a new villa (2007) built to a very high standard. Furnishings and decor are luxurious and the house is equably suitable for low season lets as it is fully centrally heated.

Situated in the exclusive, picturesque village of Pissouri and within easy reach of the motorway for trips to Paphos (34km) or Limassol (34km). Pissouri village is 2 miles inland from the beach and is renowned for its pretty village square which is surrounded by tavernas all of which extend a warm welcome to visitors. Once every week in the summer months is Cyprus night which provides an opportunity to experience local music, culture and costumes along with the Cypriot traditional dancing. Pissouri beach is a sheltered bay which boasts has a full range of water sports for the active. These include: Jet skis Sailing Water skiing Paragliding Snorkelling Banana rides etc for the kids. Alternatively plenty of sun beds for those just wishing to relax. Several beach bars and restaurants are only a few yards away for lunch or just a relaxing drink.

Also downstairs is a study with a full size double bed settee giving the option of a second lounge area. Immediately next to this study is a downstairs bathroom with large shower, toilet and wash basin.

First floor: There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with en-suite facilities.

The family bathroom with bath and shower services the other two rooms.

Outside: There is a full size swimming pool with roman steps; there is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool. Sunbeds are provided and there is plenty of patio furniture for those all important barbecues.
