Villa Thea

This villa/apartment is on two floors: upstairs the living/dining room, kitchen and cloakroom. Downstairs are the two bedrooms and bathroom. From the villa/apartment there are stunning views across countryside to the sea.

A welcome pack of bottled water, fresh milk, bread, butter/spread, eggs, coffee, tea bags & sugar is provided.

Internet WiFi Access now available

To gain access visitors need to visit the Café (on the main road into the village - opposite the car park) and buy access for a week or 2 weeks (10 Euros per week), get a password and they are ready to connect.

Living room: The L-shaped lounge/dining room is equipped with two 3-seater cane sofas and one cane chair, dining table and 6 chairs. In addition there is a television with most UK free to air satellite channels available, DVD player, combined radio/cd/cassette player, and ceiling fan.

Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen includes electric cooker & extractor fan, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board, Moulinex blender, cafetierre, kettle, wok & various size saucepans, cool box & ice packs.

Bedrooms: One bedroom has a pine double bed & matching bedside lockers, a pine full size mirror, fitted wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Sliding patio doors lead to a small balcony. The other bedroom has two matching pine single beds with a matching table between, fitted wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Both bedrooms have an air conditioning/heating unit (which are NOT fitted with timers and can therefore be used as required) with remote control together with a tall standard fan.

Bathroom: In addition to the upstairs cloakroom with WC and basin, downstairs is the main bathroom with WC, bath with shower, and basin.

Outside: In addition to the small balcony from the double bedroom, there is the main large balcony with stunning views! Two sun-loungers and two mesh sun chairs are available together with a patio table and six chairs. An awning/canopy can be wound in or out. A kettle barbecue is available for your use, as is a clothes dryer.

The shared swimming pool is available for your use free of charge, a short 5-minute walk below the apartment.

All linen and towels are provided, except beach towels. Hair dryer provided. Air con included in price. Welcome pack can be provided. All windows have fly screens and all have shutters, except the kitchen. Electric immersion heater on a timer.
