Villa Kallista

Villa Kallista is situated in a small cul-de-sac on Pissouri Heights. There are 3 villas together overlooking a landscaped area and stunning mountain and sea views. The villa is on one floor. It consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, one large open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, one full bathroom, one en-suite shower room each with WC. Central heating and/or open fire are available in the cooler months.

Facilities

Kitchen/Diner: Large and well equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. Dining table to accommodate 6 guests. Integral air-conditioning unit, which can be individually controlled.

Lounge/Study area: The lounge has a 3-seater sofa, which converts into a double bed with sprung-mattress and two comfortable chairs. Fireplace for open fire, occasional tables and TV/DVD player and patio doors to rear garden. Integral air-conditioning unit, which can be individually controlled. Satellite TV with about 10 channels, including BBC World News & cartoons.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are well fitted with ample wardrobe and drawer space and fitted with integral air-conditioning units, which can be individually controlled. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite shower room and dressing table. Bedroom two has twin beds with patio doors leading to the garden.

Outside: There is a large secluded walled and fenced garden with private swimming pool (8m x 4m). A large patio area with outside table and benches under a covered veranda. Sunloungers, pool toys are BBQ are kept in the pool house for you use. There is also an outdoor shower.

Maintenance: The villa is serviced and cleaned in between lets. One set of towels and an extra set of sheets are given at the beginning of your stay. The washing machine is available should you require more frequent changes.

The pool is maintained on a weekly basis or as required.

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before departure.

*Note: Prices are for 7 days, Sunday to Sunday but weeks can be split. Prices include electricity, air-conditioning, heating (available from November to March) and pool maintenance (April to November). The rate charged will be pro-rata, so that bookings that span two of the above periods will depend on the number of days booked in each period.
