Appolis is a privately owned luxury two-bedroomed maisonette, which sleeps 4/5 persons. Situated within a 3 minute walk from Pissouri village centre, it is only a short drive to the EU 'Blue Flag' accredited Pissouri beach. As well as being available to rent, Appolis doubles as a family home and therefore the property is equipped to the highest of standards. With its excellent location with breathtaking views, outdoor spa and all-day sun terrace, Appolis is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday, wishing to use Pissouri as their base.

Facilities

Bedrooms: Appolis has two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite and fully air-conditioned.

The Master Bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, TV and bedside tables, with sliding patio doors onto an upper balcony, where you can either look across Pissouri bay or to the Troodos mountains.

The Second Bedroom with its self-contained en-suite facilities, has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and like the Master Bedroom, is air-conditioned.

In addition, Appolis also has a single fold-up bed that can be placed in either the master bedroom or the lounge.

Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, washing machine, ironing facilities and all other items you would expect in a modern kitchen. There is also a cool box provided for your trip to the beach.

Lounge/Dining Room: The open plan air-conditioned lounge and dining area, has a 3-seater and 2-seater settee, dining table and 4 chairs. A combination TV/DVD player and CD/Radio are provided for your entertainment. As well as both en-suite facilities upstairs, there is a further toilet located on ground level for your convenience!

Outside: A large sun terrace encircles Appolis, allowing all day sunbathing and the opportunity to gaze at the wonderful view.

Sunbeds, barbeque, a large patio table with chairs are all provided and should it prove too hot, a large extendable canopy can be used for shade. Alternatively, you could choose to cool down using the private spa.

Spa: Whether you simply wish to escape the heat or to relax your aching muscles after a long day of sightseeing, the spa (available May to October) is perfect for your needs. The spa is not normally available between November & March.

Situated under an acacia covered wooden pergola on the side of Appolis and comfortably seating 4 adults, what better way to end the day than soaking in the secluded hot water of the spa, letting your body be massaged by the 'Therapy Air' jet system whilst gazing at the stars and sipping your ice-cold brandy sour!

The Spa will be cleaned, refilled and ready for your use on your arrival.
