Luxury, architect designed villa featuring full length
windows and local stone, set among vineyards on the edge of Troodos mountain
wine region with sweeping views to the sea.
Marble floors, modern open plan kitchen, large covered
flagstone terrace and upstairs balconies all facing unobstructed valley
views leading to the sea. Capturing mountain breezes, this house is cool
even in summer months.
Kitchen opens to terrace and is fully equipped with
granite countertops, gas cooktop range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator,
oven, microwave. Washing machine. Counter seats three.
Indoor dining table seats six and opens to terrace.
Outdoor terrace table handles larger parties.
Lounge with two sofas opens to terrace and dining area.
House is fully central heated for winter and off season use.
All four bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs) face
sea views, and upstairs bedrooms have large private balconies. Upstairs are
queen beds; two downstairs bedrooms are twins.
Four full bathrooms with
showers/baths; three ensuite and one additional on ground floor.
Linens, beach umbrellas and towels, verandah furniture
provided. CD player. Check with owner for satellite TV.
There is no pool in this villa. The owners built during
recent Cyprus dry spells and felt it would be environmentally irresponsible.
Walk to authentic mountain village for shops, taverna, local Pachna winery.
Twenty minutes drive down to Evdimou beach (rated 4th in Cyprus in 2008 Top
10 Guide) or to Pissouri village. Twenty minutes up to the villages and
monastaries of the Troodos range.

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before
departure.
*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that
bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked
in each month.
