This outstanding 3-bedroom villa with private swimming pool was built in 2004 by one of the top builders in Cyprus. The large ultra modern kitchen contains everything a contemporary kitchen should have and much more. Importantly, for the holidaying family, a washing machine and dishwasher and ironing facilities are included.

Downstairs, apart from the kitchen, there is a spacious ‘L’ shaped open plan lounge which features a beautiful stone built fireplace and is fitted with 2 x 3 piece suites, coffee and side tables. Adjacent to the lounge is a beautifully fitted guest WC.

The dining area, situated between the lounge and kitchen, is fitted with a table and 6 chairs. In the lounge areas there are 2 televisions both fed from standard aerials, but also a 3.8 metre satellite dish feeds a digital receiver which provides a marvellous selection of viewing including the main UK channels. There are also two DVD players, a VCR and a radio/cassette/CD player. So plenty to watch or listen to on the rare occasions that visitors may wish to stay in.

The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Its own balcony looks down on the private pool and professionally laid out garden areas. Beyond the garden are stunning views of the Mediterranean, Akrotiri peninsula, Limasol and the Troodos mountains, including mount Olympus. The two twin-bedded rooms both have fitted wardrobes and have access to another nice balcony to the front of the property. Tables and chairs are available for the balconies. Also upstairs there is a beautifully appointed bathroom with a shower over the bath. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The owners respectfully request that those visitors who enjoy smoking, do not do so within the house. Ashtrays are provided for use in the patio areas.

The outstanding lavishness of this villa continues outside where there are vast areas of patio, a free standing stone built BBQ, a very large slate roofed pergola with a table and 8 chairs for that alfresco meal in the shade. The landscaped gardens contain a stunning array of flowers and plants.

The large swimming pool is professionally maintained and is fitted with an easily operated cover. There are ample sun beds, side tables and parasols provided.

"I Liakada" is situated at the top of Pissouri village and commands excellent views of Pissouri Bay on one side and Cape Aspro on the other. A leisurely 15 minute walk will take you to the delightful traditional village square. In the other direction there is wonderful moorland offering a pleasant variation for a relaxing walk.
