Villa Proteus

Proteus is a well appointed luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with excellent facilities and a private swimming pool. Built in 2005, Villa Proteus is located about 1 km from the centre of Pissouri and its paved square and approx 10 minutes drive from Pissouri Beach.

The villa is on two levels and you will find all that you need to make you holiday a totally relaxing experience. The villa can accommodate up to six people in the three bedrooms, plus there are two Z-beds for children which can be placed in any of the rooms.

Facilities

Dining area and lounge: The living area is fully air-conditioned and is an open-plan space with a dining table for eight people and leather lounge seating, coffee tables, satellite TV with Sky channels, DVD player and CD system. There are also a number of DVDs and CDs available. Two sets of patio doors open up onto the sun terrace and pool area.

Kitchen: The kitchen in Proteus is superbly equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and touch control electric hob plus all the cutlery, crockery and glassware that you will need.

Master bedroom

Bedrooms: The first bedroom is on the ground floor and its patio doors open out onto the pool terrace area. This is a large twin room with built in wardrobes and the patio doors make for an open and airy atmosphere. This room is serviced by the ground floor bathroom and the accommodation layout makes it particularly suitable for two families.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with excellent storage and two patio doors, one opening up to a view of the surrounding countryside and the other opening onto the large, first floor sun terrace. The second bedroom is a twin room with patio door onto the first floor terrace which is equipped with loungers and chairs. The first floor terrace is large and has a view directly over the pool and enjoys full sun for most of the daytime. All bedrooms are air conditioned and upstairs, have patio doors and adjustable shutters to keep out heat and light in the early morning.

Bathrooms: Proteus has two well appointed bathrooms - one on each floor. Both are fully tiled, finished to a superb standard and equipped with bath, shower, his and hers sinks and large built in storage cupboard.

Outside: At the rear of the villa is the 8m x 4m swimming pool plus pool shower. On the pool terrace, you will find hardwood garden dining furniture, sun loungers and 'Outback' gas barbecue The garden is well looked after and an automatic irrigation system makes sure that the greenery is maintained.

All linen and towels are provided expect for the beach and swimming pool. Air conditioning is included in the price quoted.
