Four luxury villas at Pissouri Bay

These four identical villas are ideally located just 400 metres from the beach of Pissouri Bay.

Facilities

Each villa has 4 air conditioning units - one in each bedroom and one in the hall area. The ones in the bedrooms are free, do not have timers and can be used as required. If you wish to have to one in the hall it is charged at an extra 35 Euros per week charged locally.

There is free internet access in all villas.

A welcome pack of Nescafe, tea, sugar, fresh fruits, milk, mineral water, fruit juice, sliced bread, cheese, biscuits, butter ,marmalade, & wine is provided.

Living/dining/kitchen area: This open plan area is comfortably furnished with soft sofas and chairs, and offers satellite television (including some UK and other European channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and has a large dining table for 6 persons. A terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool area.

Bedrooms: The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with views of the clear blue sea. The two further twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom has an air-conditioning unit (included in the price), and the master bedroom has a safe box. A cot is available on request.

Outside: The 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds, large umbrellas, tables, chairs and large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a built barbeque area to the side, and also a separate shower room and a covered mini kitchen with a sink and small refrigerator to ensure poolside refreshments can be kept cool. The villas also have a table-tennis table.

General: Villa cleaned between lets. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. An Internet café is opposite the villas.

Heating for use in the winter months (November to March) is included in the price. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the price. Air-conditioning in the hall area is €35 per week, payable locally.
