Two luxury villas at Pissouri Bay

These two identical, brand new villas are ideally located just 400 metres from the beach of Pissouri Bay.

Facilities

Living/dining/kitchen area: This open plan area is comfortably furnished with soft sofas and chairs, and offers satellite television, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine, and has a large dining table for 6 persons. A terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool area.

Bedrooms: The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with views of the clear blue sea. The two further twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom has an air-conditioning unit (included in the price), and the master bedroom has a safe box. A cot is available.

Outside: The 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds, large umbrellas, tables, chairs and large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a built barbeque area to the side, and also a separate shower room and a covered mini kitchen with a sink and small refrigerator to ensure poolside refreshments can be kept cool.

General: Villa cleaned between lets. Towels for use around the pool are provided. Heating for use in the winter months is included in the price.
