These villas feature two
air-conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite facilities. The lounges of
villas 1, 2 & 5 can also be air conditioned at an extra price of 50 Euros per
week (to be paid locally). The villas have a balcony and views of
the sea. Each villa has its own private swimming pool.
Villa no 1 has satellite TV with 12 English channels
including BBC & CNN
Villas 2 & 5 have cable TV with about 40 channels
Facilities
Bedrooms: Each villa has two bedrooms, both with air-conditioning
(included in the price): one has a king-sized double bed and the other two
singles. Each bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, one with bath and the
other with a shower. The bedrooms have balconies with sea views.
Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen including oven,
hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Lounge/dining area: Pleasant lounge/dining area
including two sofas, TV and DVD player, lounge air conditioning included
Bathroom: In addition to the two en-suite
bathrooms, there is a guest bathroom with shower.
Outside: A large patio area with private 8m x 4m swimming pool, with
table, chairs, sun-loungers and parasols. There is a charcoal barbecue for
outdoor eating.
General: Villa cleaned between lets. Please provide
your own towels for the beach or around the swimming pool. Maximum 4
persons. Where a/c is not shown as included, then there will be a local
charge of 5 Euros per day for each unit used.

The owner fixes his prices in Euros, so the £ prices are approximate, to
be finalised at the time of booking.

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before
departure.
*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that
bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked
in each month.
