Welcome to Erminia, a beautiful two bedroomed holiday villa on the sunny island of Cyprus, with panoramic views across the glorious Mediterranean Sea.

Erminia offers you delightful accommodation in Cyprus, the perfect destination for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday in the Mediterranean sun.

Unsurpassed in its location and position, Erminia has some of the best views to be found anywhere in Cyprus.

The village square is just a 10 minute walk, and nearby there are a number of tavernas and bars offering an excellent choice of food and drink.

With a swimming pool close by, Erminia offers you everything you need for a lovely break in the holiday sun. Erminia sleeps 4/5 persons and is comfortably furnished to ensure that your stay will be a pleasant and relaxing one.

Lounge: The large air-conditioned sitting room has a comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, satellite TV (Sky News plus a very few other channels due to recent transmission changes by BBC & others which mean most UK free to air channels can no longer be received) video/dvd combination and midi hi-fi system with cd player. There is also a selection of cd's, dvd's and videos. The patio doors lead out onto the large balcony with its panoramic views across to the Mediterranean Sea.

Lounge Balcony: The large balcony is ideal for relaxing, day or night, with its table and 4 chairs, 2 recliners and 2 sunloungers. The area outside the lounge is covered by a traditional-style pergola with a latticed covering. There is a BBQ with tools.

Master (Double) Bedroom: The main bedroom with double bed has a patio door leading directly onto the balcony. Benefitting from air-conditioning and a ceiling fan it is fully furnished with dressing table, bedside cabinets with lamps and wardrobes with integral drawers. The outside of the patio door has aluminium shutters and sliding insect screen.

Second (Twin) Bedroom: The second bedroom with twin single beds benefits from air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. It is fully furnished with a dressing table, bedside cabinet with lamp, full length mirror and wardrobes with integral drawers. There is also a fold-up bed should it be required.

THE LOUNGE AND BOTH BEDROOMS ARE FITTED WITH AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS INCLUDED IN THE RATES - these are NOT fitted with timers and are available as required.

Kitchen/Dining Area: The new kitchen is now installed and equipped with an integrated stainless steel fan oven, ceramic hob and a chimney hood as well as a tall fridge/ freezer, washing machine, built-in s/s microwave oven (with built-in grill), kettle and toaster. The new sink has a 3 way tap with the central control for the drinking water. Hot water is supplied through the solar panels on the roof. The kitchen area also benefits from the main air-conditioning unit. Ample cutlery and crockery is provided. The new double glazed sliding window has an easy to use roller blind.

Bathroom: The new bathroom suite installed in 2006 has a large quadrant shower, corner bath, loo and handbasin, all in white. The water is now heated with solar panels. Should you need additional hot water an immersion heater is available, the switch is on the wall outside the bathroom. Ceiling spotlights and spots over the mirror illuminate the room.

Parking Area: In front of Erminia there is ample space, underneath the pergola, to park your hire car and sit around the table and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Since the summer of 2006 Erminia has use of a new swimming pool. Follow the road down at the side of Erminia and you will soon be there. The area around the pool is paved as you can see in the photos.

Please note the swimming pool is normally closed from the end of October to the beginning of April.

*WiFi access is via Pissouri Net - a village-wide wireless network. Access vouchers area available from the internet shop in the village at about 10 Euros per week
