Welcome to Erminia, a beautiful two bedroomed holiday villa on the sunny island of Cyprus, with panoramic views across the glorious Mediterranean Sea.

Erminia offers you delightful accommodation in Cyprus, the perfect destination for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday in the Mediterranean sun.

Unsurpassed in its location and position, Erminia has some of the best views to be found anywhere in Cyprus.

The village square is just a 10 minute walk, and nearby there are a number of tavernas and bars offering an excellent choice of food and drink.

With a swimming pool close by, Erminia offers you everything you need for a lovely break in the holiday sun. Erminia sleeps 4/5 persons and is comfortably furnished to ensure that your stay will be a pleasant and relaxing one.

Facilities

Lounge: The bright, airy and spacious lounge is complemented with 2 & 3 seater settees, a single armchair and occasional tables. There is also a TV, video and a hi-fi unit. The large patio door, fitted with a sliding insect screen, leads directly out onto the large balcony.

Lounge Balcony: The large balcony is ideal for relaxing, day or night, with its table and 4 chairs, 2 recliners and 2 sunloungers. The area outside the lounge is covered by a traditional-style pergola with a latticed covering. There is a BBQ with tools.

Master (Double) Bedroom: This is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with lighting, and it leads directly onto the balcony. Fitted wardrobes with integral drawers, a dressing table with mirror and a ceiling fan/light all add to the features. The outside of the patio door has aluminium shutters and sliding insect screen.

Second (Twin) Bedroom: This has two single beds, bedside cabinet & lighting and is also complemented by fitted wardrobes with integral drawers, dressing table and ceiling fan/light. The front & rear sliding windows are fitted with external insect screens. There is also a fold-up bed should it be required.

THE LOUNGE AND BOTH BEDROOMS ARE FITTED WITH AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS INCLUDED IN THE RATES.

Kitchen/Dining Area: The kitchen is fully equipped with a built under electric oven with 3 gas rings and 1 electric ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, utensils and cutlery. There is also an iron and ironing board, cool box & freezer blocks. The dining area has a pine table & four chairs.

Bathroom: A whisper-grey suite includes WC, hand-basin with mirror, and a bath with overhead shower. The airing cupboard stores the immersion heater, hand and bath towels. The window has a blue shutter with attached insect screen for your comfort.

Parking Area: In front of Erminia there is ample space, underneath the pergola, to park your hire car and sit around the table and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Since the summer of 2006 Erminia has use of a new swimming pool. Follow the road down at the side of Erminia and you will soon be there. The area around the pool is paved as you can see in the photos.

Please note the swimming pool is normally closed from the end of October to the beginning of April.
