Villa Morina

Ampelohori, Pissouri Bay

This one-bedroomed, air-conditioned villa sleeps 3, with private rear garden and views of the vineyards. The villa is located at Ampelohori, a small well-maintained holiday retreat close to Pissouri Bay.

There are a/c units in the living room & bedroom, which are not timed & therefore available as required.

A welcome pack of water, wine, bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, flora & jam is provided.

Location

Villa Morina is part of a small holiday village set on a hillside of a vine-growing valley known as Ampelohori (translates as "a village amid vineyards") and commands views across the vineyards. Ampelohori is a very well maintained village setting with pleasant landscaped gardens. Set well back from the beach road, villa Morina is situated in a cul-de-sac 1km (14 minutes' walk) from the EU Blue Flag beach. A perfect idyll for a peaceful holiday in a secure environment.

Facilities

Bedrooms: Spacious with twin beds and a Z-bed for a third person. The bedroom has a remote-controlled air conditioning unit (no extra charge) and a ceiling fan with light. The built-in wardrobes give plenty of storage space.

Bathroom: The immaculate bathroom is situated off the bedroom, with shower unit, wash hand basin and toilet.

Lounge: The open-plan lounge has remote-controlled air conditioning and is comfortably furnished with high quality furniture. Patio doors lead to the veranda and private rear garden with views over the vineyards. Entertainment is provided by a Sony TV and a radio/CD player. Satellite TV is now fitted to Villa Morina with access to BBC, ITV and Sky etc.

Kitchen/dining area: The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave and electric kettle.

Outside: The front garden has a barbecue area and a patio table, parasol and four chairs. The rear garden is spacious and private with views over the vineyards. There are sun beds for sun-bathing. Car parking is under the shade of a tree at the front of the villa.

Ampelohori is renowned for its beautifully landscaped well-maintained gardens and includes a 25-metre swimming pool with a separate children's paddling pool and poolside bar. The Ampeli restaurant has a good atmosphere and is perfect for al fresco dining.
