Villa Mathay

4-Bedroom Cyprus Villa with Swimming Pool

This modern villa with private swimming pool has four bedrooms, and thus offers excellent value and lots of space for larger groups. There are views to the sea from the upstairs rooms and balcony.

A safety gate has been fitted - this can be used by parents to prevent children having access to the pool when not supervised.

Internet WiFi Access now available

To gain access visitors need to visit the Café (on the main road into the village - opposite the car park) and buy access for a week or 2 weeks (10 Euros per week), get a password and they are ready to connect.

Facilities

Bedrooms: The villa has four bedrooms: three double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower-room)and one twin-bedded room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and dressing tables, and are fully air-conditioned (2-hour timers fitted to all units). Ceiling fans are available in all rooms in the villa.

Washrooms: There is an en-suite shower room, bathroom and downstairs toilet giving three toilets in all.

Kitchen: The kitchen has all the facilities you will need, including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cooker with gas hob, iron with board.

Reception: The open-plan air-conditioned (2-hour timers fitted to all units) living/dining area has easy chairs for 6, a dining table and chairs for 6. There is a DVD player, CD player. There is satellite TV, including some free UK channels - but following a change to the satellites used by the BBC in February 2012, no BBC channels are available in any rental villa in Pissouri, this can change without warning and no guarantee can be given about which TV channels may be able to be received at any future date. CDs play via the DVD player.

Outside: The villas has a 10m by 5m private swimming pool, which is regularly maintained. The large verandas have 8 sunloungers, pergola, table and chairs, and a mobile barbecue.

A welcome pack is provided for your arrival. In addition to the air-conditioning for the summer, the villa is centrally heated for the cooler months: both are included in the rental charge. Sheets and towels are changed weekly.
