4-Bedroom Cyprus Villa with Swimming Pool

This modern villa with private swimming pool has four bedrooms, and thus offers excellent value and lots of space for larger groups. The centre of Pissouri village with shops and tavernas is only five minutes away from the villa.

Facilities

Bedrooms: The villa has four bedrooms: two double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower-room), and two twin-bedded rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and dressing tables, and are fully air-conditioned (2-hour timers fitted to all units).

Washrooms: In addition to the en-suite shower room, there is a bathroom.

Kitchen: The kitchen/dining room is air-conditioned (2-hour timers fitted to all units) has all the facilities you will need, including table with 6 chairs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cooker with gas hob, iron with board.

Reception: The hallway leads to the kitchen/dining room. The sitting room is separate, with sofa and chairs, coffee tables, satellite TV and CD player, and is air-conditioned (2-hour timers fitted to all units) . All rooms now have ceiling fans.

Outside: The villas has a 10m by 5m private swimming pool, which is regularly maintained. The large verandas have 8 sunloungers, two parasols, and tables and chairs. Steps lead down to a paved garden area. A large sunshade has been constructed across the back of the villa for shade while facing the swimming pool (not shown on the earlier photo, to the right).

A welcome pack is provided for your arrival. In addition to the air-conditioning for the summer, the villa is centrally heated for the cooler months: both are included in the rental charge. Sheets and towels are changed weekly.
