We are proud to offer to rent this beautiful villa at Pissouri in Cyprus. The recently-built detached villa has sleeping accommodation for six, has its own private pool and, best of all, is nestled into the hillside affording stunning views across Pissouri Bay.

It is the perfect location for those looking for a relaxing, quiet and stress-free break amid breathtaking surroundings. The villa itself is spacious, with solid marble floors throughout. The furniture and fittings are of the highest quality.

The main front door leads into the lounge/dining area, from where patio doors lead onto the veranda and the swimming pool. This rooms leads to the hallway, with the kitchen on one side and a downstairs cloakroom on the other. The kitchen leads out to an upper veranda, where there is seating for 8 outside for dining al fresco. There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning.

The villa is about 5 minutes walk away from the sea front, where several tavernas and two supermarkets can be found. There are water sports available on the beach during the high season, including wind surfing, water skiing and sailing

Facilities

Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The first bedroom is located on the mezzanine level, and has patio doors which lead out onto the upper veranda which, with its close proximity to the bathroom, allows this area to be very secluded if desired. There are two single beds, two bedside cabinets, fully fitted wardrobes and drawers, a large mirror, a television, hair drier and a rug.

The second bedroom is on the first floor and contains two single beds, two bedside cabinets, fully fitted wardrobes and drawers, a large mirror and a rug. The view from here is to the hillside.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and contains a 5 foot bed, two bedside cabinets, fully fitted wardrobes and drawers, a large mirror, hair drier and a rug. To the side there is an en-suite shower room, tiled from top to toe, containing shower, toilet and basin. The bedroom also contains a balcony with two wicker chairs and a table. The views from the balcony are dual aspect again - to the sea and to the hillside. From this vantage point they are quite breathtaking, especially in the early evening when the sun is setting over the sea.

Washrooms: In addition to the en-suite shower room, there is a bathroom on the mezzanine level tiled from floor to ceiling. It contains a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and basin

Kitchen: The kitchen is large and luxurious with solid granite worktops. It contains all the usual domestic appliances - cooker, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave etc., plus a dinner service for eight and every cooking utensil you will need. The kitchen leads out to an upper veranda, where there is seating for 8 outside for dining al fresco, with shade provided for when the sun is too hot.

Reception: The main front door leads into the lounge/dining area, which contains 3 sets of sliding patio doors leading onto the veranda and out to the pool, giving you wonderful view from two aspects. The room is tastefully furnished, has air conditioning, and features a 56 inch screen satellite TV from which you can view many English channels including BBC, Sky News, ITN, TCM, and Boomerang.

Outside: There is a large private pool, which is regularly maintained. The terraced patio is made from natural sandstone, and there is also an outside shower.
