Villa Dionysus

Dionysus is set high on the Alexandrian Heights ridge above the beautiful, unspoilt village of Pissouri in Cyprus. This quiet location has magnificent views of the sea, mountains, vineyards and farms below. Dionysus is a spacious, modern, quality villa, furnished to a high standard.

Facilities

The villa consists of an entrance hall with cloakroom, leading to a large open plan area consisting of a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. Both the kitchen and lounge lead onto a large balcony with a table and six chairs. Both bedrooms are downstairs and lead through large patio doors on to the terrace and mature garden. The garden has a wide variety of shrubs, flowers and fruit trees and is well equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

The villa is fitted with air conditioning for those long hot summers and central heating for the cooler winter evenings. All the windows and doors are fitted with fly screens. There is a well-maintained communal swimming pool adjacent to the villa and in the villa’s mature garden can also be found an outside shower for cooling off whilst sunbathing.

Bedrooms: Downstairs consists of one double bedroom with a king size bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the terrace/garden. Hairdryers are supplied in both bedrooms.

Washrooms: Family bathroom downstairs fitted with a toilet, bath and a shower. Separate cloakroom toilet upstairs.

Kitchen: Oven with grill and hob, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, radio and all crockery and cutlery.

Reception: The sitting room area is furnished with a three seater and a two seater sofa with matching chair and comes complete with a colour TV with DVD player. There is also a dining area, which contains a table and six chairs.

There is a restaurant 5 minutes walk away and the supermarkets, restaurants and bars of Pissouri village are 15 minutes walk away. All linen is provided except for beach towels, with all sheets and towels being changed weekly. The price includes a welcome pack of basic essentials like bread, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, etc. This villa is not suitable for children, due to a low wall at the end of the garden terrace, which has a 5 metre drop to the field below. Inside the villa there is a no-smoking policy.
