Luxury Three-Bedroom Villa with Swimming Pool in Pissouri Village, Cyprus

This three-bedroomed villa is located at the top of Pissouri Village with sea views to the front and rear of the property. From the master bedroom you can lie in bed and view Pissouri Bay. Our visitors book is full of praise for this cosy "home from home" villa which is equipped to the highest standard.

Facilities

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin-bedded. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, hairdryer and alarm clock.

Washrooms: In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a family bathroom with full size bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Kitchen: The modern luxury kitchen is equipped with double electric oven and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, iron & board, vacuum cleaner & ice packs.

Lounge/dining area: The lounge area is air-conditioned and well equipped, with 28" TV with access to English-language programmes and a surround-sound system, CD and DVD player, a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa, 2 arm-chairs, and 3 coffee tables. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs, and patio doors lead to the pool area.

Outside: The patio area for al fresco dining has a wooden table and six chairs under a pergola for shade from the sun and outside lights for evening dining. The 8m by 4m swimming pool is set in well laid out private gardens with terraces for sunbathing on the six sun loungers. There is a typical Cypriot barbecue and at most times of the year you can pick your own lemons off the tree.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided. In addition to the air-conditioning throughout, central heating is available for the cooler months. A cot is available for hire from the local agent and payable locally. Please request at time of booking.

Normal arrival and departure days are Wednesdays or Sundays (though exceptions may be possible in low season).
