Luxury Three-Bedroom Villa with Swimming Pool in Pissouri Village, Cyprus

This three-bedroomed villa is located at the top of Pissouri Village with sea views to the front and rear of the property. From the master bedroom you can lie in bed and view Pissouri Bay. Our visitors book is full of praise for this cosy "home from home" villa which is equipped to the highest standard.

Internet WiFi Access now available

To gain access visitors need to visit the Café (on the main road into the village - opposite the car park) and buy access for a week or 2 weeks (10 Euros per week), get a password and they are ready to connect.

Facilities

Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin-bedded. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, hairdryer and alarm clock.

Washrooms: In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a family bathroom with full size bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Kitchen: The modern luxury kitchen is equipped with double electric oven and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, iron & board, vacuum cleaner & ice packs.

Lounge/dining area: The lounge area is air-conditioned and well equipped, with TV with access to English-language programmes, CD and DVD player, a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa, 2 arm-chairs, and 3 coffee tables. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs, and patio doors lead to the pool area.

Outside: The patio area for al fresco dining has a wooden table and six chairs under a pergola for shade from the sun and outside lights for evening dining. The 8m by 4m swimming pool is set in well laid out private gardens with terraces for sunbathing on the six sun loungers. There is a pool cover to keep it warmer in the early & late season. There is a gas barbecue and at most times of the year you can pick your own lemons off the tree. New fruit trees have been planted mandarin, peach, banana, grapefruit.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided. In addition to the air-conditioning throughout, there are heaters available for the cooler months. A cot is available free, and a high chair can be hired from the local agent, payable locally. Please request at time of booking.
