A 2-bedroomed villa in Pissouri

Villa Zephyros is a two-bedroomed, modern
spacious detached bungalow, just five minutes walk from the centre of
the village of Pissouri and approximately 3km from its Blue Flag
beach. The villa is a family holiday home and has been furnished to a
much higher standard than is usually found in holiday accommodation. |

Facilities
Bedrooms: One double and one twin. Extensive fitted wardrobes, bedside
chests and bedside lamps to both bedrooms. All bedding (duvets) supplied. Air-conditioning/heating units to both
bedrooms.
Sitting/dining room: Dining table and chairs for four people; bookcase,
occasional tables, TV unit; three piece suite (sofa and two arm chairs);
colour TV and video (will receive British programmes); mini stereo system
(CD/cassette player). Selection of children’s videos for use at the house.
Air-conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen: Double electric fan oven; ceramic hob; extractor hood;
full-sized fridge/freezer; automatic washing machine; dishwasher; microwave;
toaster; electric kettle; filter coffee maker; iron/ironing board; full
range of cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery; picnic-ware for use
outside.
Washrooms: Full bathroom – fully tiled with WC; bath with shower over;
hand basin; heated towel rail. Separate additional WC/cloakroom also with
heated towel rail.
Outside: Covered car port; tiled patios with planted borders;
retractable awning to one patio. Outdoor dining furniture for six, and four
sun loungers.
Swimming pool: Immediately opposite the house is the residents’ brand
new shared-use pool which is available to guests free of charge.

18 March, the villa is available for the following dates:
- to 6 June 2010
- from 16 June 2010
Normal arrival and departure days are Wednesdays or Sundays (though
exceptions may be possible in low season).
