Villa
Zephyros is a two-bedroomed, modern spacious detached bungalow, just a
five minute walk from the centre of the village of Pissouri and
approximately 3km from its Blue Flag beach. The villa is a family
holiday home and has been furnished more comfortably than is usually
expected from holiday accommodation. All the accommodation is on one
level, making the property especially suitable for visitors with
limited mobility whilst the secluded outside area and gated driveway
offers a secure environment for children (and a relaxing one for
parents!)

Facilities
There are air conditioning units in the lounge & both bedrooms; none of
them are not fitted with timers and can therefore be used as required - but
guests are asked to make sure they are witched off when leaving the house.
A welcome pack of bread, butter, jam, water, milk, fruit juice, tea bags,
coffee, sugar is provided for guests.
Bedrooms:
A large twin room and a further double room, both with
extensive wardrobe space, bedside chests and lamps. All bedding (duvets)
supplied. Air-conditioning/heating units to both bedrooms.
Sitting/dining room:
This well equipped room offers direct access to the patio and
the shaded outside dining area. Inside, the dining table seats four and the
two large sofas offer comfortable relaxing space with a small stereo system.
The bookcase is well stocked with novels and children's books for you to
read during your stay. The small colour TV is connected to both VCR and a
DVD player and there is a small selection of children's videos for you to
use. We choose not to have satellite TV as we like to get away from our
usual routine on holiday.
There is a dual purpose air-conditioning/heating unit and a
child's dining booster seat is available on request.
Kitchen:
This large kitchen is extensively equipped with double
electric fan oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, full-sized fridge/freezer,
automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle,
filter coffee maker and iron/ironing board. A full range of cookware,
crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided together with picnic-ware for
use outside. We provide a welcome pack for all our arrivals comprising
bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, jam (or honey), fruit juice and
water - just enough to get you started and ensure that you can make that all
important cup of tea on arrival!!
Washrooms:
There is a fully tiled bathroom with a solar powered shower
over the bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. In addition, there is
a separate WC/cloakroom, also with heated towel rail.
 
 
Outside:
Entry to the house is directly from the covered car port,
keeping your car in the shade during the long, hot Cyprus summer. Our newly
extended secluded patios offer ample space for dining, sunbathing or just
relaxing with a book and a glass of wine. There is an outdoor dining area
for 6, which is shaded by a retractable awning, four sunloungers which can
be positioned to take advantage of the best rays and a comfortable cane sofa
and chairs, positioned to take advantage of the distant sea view.
Swimming pool:
Immediately opposite the house is the residents’ shared-use
pool which is available to our guests free of charge.

Towels are
supplied for use in the house but we regret we do not provide beach/pool
towels

Thorough
cleaning takes place before all lettings; for two week lets, arrangements
will be made with you by our cleaner to provide you with clean bedding and
towels at the beginning of the second week. Please make arrangements with
our cleaner if you require a clean mid-holiday; an additional fee will be
payable directly by you to our cleaner.

is available at a cost of 10 Euros per week (from the Internet Cafe near
the village square)

Availability
As of
17 May, the villa is available for the following dates:
Normal arrival and departure days are Wednesdays or Sundays (though
exceptions may be possible in low season).
