Carlina Villa

A luxury 4-bedroom villa (with reduced rates for use of only 3 bedrooms) is near Pissouri village, about 8 minutes' drive from Pissouri Beach: the villa has panoramic views of the mountains and local vineyards.

Facilities

The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms.

Living/dining: The accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room with a working fireplace, TV and DVD with surround-sound system, leather sofas and marble dining table with 8 leather chairs.

Kitchen: A fully-fitted modern kitchen is equipped to a high standard, including a microwave and touch-control electric hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.

Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms in total. There is one bedroom downstairs with fitted wardrobes and twin beds with patio doors which lead to the garden with views of the pool. There is also a bathroom downstairs with a toilet, shower and wash basin.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes has an en-suite shower room with a multi-jet shower, toilet and wash basin; this bedroom has its own veranda with table and chairs to enjoy views of the garden and pool.

The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with built wardrobes; the fourth bedroom also has a double bed and wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath.

There is also a large veranda off the landing with a table and chairs to enjoy the views of the surrounding area. There is a cot and high chair available on request.

Outside: there is a large tiled patio area with a pergola, garden furniture and a built-in barbecue; there are sun-loungers and parasols around the pool, which is 10 x 5 metres. The garden is landscaped with trees and plants providing some privacy for a relaxing holiday.

There is a pharmacy nearby, and a couple of tavernas offering traditional Cypriot food. The village of Pissouri is a short drive away, or if you are feeling energetic you can walk there. The village has all amenities including banks, minimarket, baker's, butcher's, etc., as well as a variety of tavernas. Pissouri Beach has more tavernas and shops, and at the beach you can enjoy a range of watersports for hire, or there is plenty of space to sunbathe or take in the sights.
