 This luxury centrally heated and air-conditioned
two-bedroom detached villa has its own private uniquely shaped swimming
pool. Situated overlooking open countryside within a
small residential development on the outskirts of Pissouri village,
'Ambelonas' Villa is an easy 4-minute walk to two daytime cafés, a small
post office / mini-market, butcher, pharmacy and petrol station. The
picturesque and sleepy village square in Pissouri, with its unique
selection of tavernas, restaurants and shops is just 4 minutes away by
car, whilst Pissouri Bay and the beautiful Aphrodite's Rock are both
just a 5 to 6 minute journey.
'Ambelonas' has been furnished and equipped to a far
higher standard than normal rental properties, as the owners stay here
regularly on their frequent visits from the UK.
Facilities
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Two bedrooms, one double and one twin.
Both have ceiling fans, air-conditioning, central heating radiators, bedside cabinets, dressing
tables with mirror, and fitted wardrobes.
The double bedroom has
panoramic country
and hill views with sliding patio doors leading onto the patio; this bedroom also
has an en-suite shower room with power-shower, wash basin and toilet.
The other bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom which has a bath with
power shower, wash basin and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.
Kitchen: A spacious luxury fully fitted kitchen with adjacent
utility room is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan,
large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster,
kettle, radio, iron and board (all new in 2005). The kitchen is also
generously equipped with all the utensils and crockery that you are
likely to need during your stay. Air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and
central heating radiator. From the kitchen there are views over country
and hills.
Dining Area: This is through an archway from the kitchen and is a
part of the large open-plan sitting room. A solid oak table and four
chairs are provided. Radiator.
Sitting Room: A luxury cream leather sitting room suite consisting
of one three-seat and one two-seater sofa, two coffee tables. Ceiling
fan, air-conditioning unit and radiators. Radio/CD player, DVD player,
28" widescreen TV with Sky satellite (English-language) channels.
General: The double glazed windows and sliding
doors are fitted with insect screens and allow a cooling breeze to flow
through the property when required in the hotter summer months. All
flooring is tiled and windows are fitted with reflective privacy glass
which helps to keep the villa cool by reflecting the sun. All linen and
towels are provided with the exception of beach towels.
Outside: Sliding patio doors from the double bedroom and the
sitting room lead onto a large tiled patio area. The outside eating area is
shaded by a pergola, and has a table and 6 chairs. The 7m x 5m uniquely shaped
swimming pool is surrounded
by a spacious and fully tiled sun terrace with 4 sun loungers and gas
barbeque.
A garden area is situated to the front and side of the villa with a
selection of colourful local shrubs and plants. The swimming pool and
surrounding tiled area is cleaned and maintained twice weekly. The patio and
swimming pool area has uninterrupted panoramic country/valley and hill
views.
Car hire: A hire car is recommended for
visitors staying in this location. Hire cars can either be collected
from Paphos or Larnaca airport (this can be arranged for you by
Exclusively-Cyprus, or can usually be arranged locally in the village
after arrival if you prefer to travel to and from the airport by taxi).
