This executive villa offers every comfort for a relaxing holiday. This
stunning spacious property has been furnished to the highest standards. It
is built on the beach road just outside and within walking distance of the
charming old-world village of Pissouri with its many tavernas, restaurants,
bars and shops to cater for all your needs.
The beach is approximate five minutes' drive away and boasts an EU Blue Flag
status. A large variety of watersports, tavernas, shops and bank are
situated close to the beach. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for: there
are two championship courses within fifteen minutes' drive.
Casa Blanca is situated in a vine-growing area and offers the most
discerning guests all you could desire for a truly wonderful holiday,
whether you choose to explore the wealth of history this charming country
has to offer or just relax and enjoy the sophisticated hideaway of Casa
Blaca and let your mind and body enjoy all this stunning property has to
offer.
Ground floor
Lounge & dining room: furnished fully, satellite TV, DVD, stereo
system, CD player. Table and chairs for eight people. Large patio doors
which open onto a very large veranda which offers extra dining space - you
have the choice to eat in the dining area or outside.
Large kitchen: well equipped including washing machine, electric
oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee percolator, microwave
oven, juicer, and toaster.
Bedroom 4 is situated on the ground floor and features a five-foot
bed, fitted wardrobes, and side cabinets. An en-suite shower room features
shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Shelves and cupboard give you storage
space in the en-suite.
Powder room is also on ground floor (total of 5 WCs throughout the
villa).

Master suite comprising large bedroom with five-foot bed, fitted
wardrobes, dressing table, side cupboards. The en suite bathroom includes
bath, shower, vanity unit and WC. The bedroom opens onto a large balcony
with stunning views towards the bay and countryside.
Bedroom two consists of a five-foot bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing
table and bedside cabinets. An en suite shower room includes walk-in shower,
vanity unit and WC. This bedroom also has access to a large balcony with
stunning views.
Bedroom three (downstairs)
Bedroom four features two three-foot beds, dressing table, bedside
table and fitted wardrobes. There is a small balcony to this room.
Main bathroom is opposite bedroom three and contains bath, shower,
vanity unit and WC.
General
Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the rental cost. Guests
staying longer than a week will have clean linen left for them to change the
beds. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a safe provided for your
use. Cots can be supplied if you request them at the time of booking, but
please supply your own cot linen. Welcome pack can be supplied upon request.

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before
departure.
*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that
bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked
in each month.
