Annita and Stephanie Villas

Two private villas with swimming pools near the sea at Pissouri Beach

These two neighbouring villas are located next to the Vine Leaf Tavern at Pissouri Beach, and are shown above. The two villas have the same layout and equipment. That on the left is Annita and that on the right is Stephanie.

Facilities

Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms, two twin-bedded rooms and one with a double bed. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms have air-conditioners, the cost of €5 per day paid locally.

Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen including washing machine.

Lounge/dining area: Fully fitted including stereo and satellite TV (including BBC World).

Washrooms: The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the two twin rooms share another bathroom upstairs. There is a shower room downstairs.

Outside: A large patio area with private 10m x 5m swimming pool, with views to the sea.

General: Villa cleaned between lets. Please provide your own towels for the beach or around the swimming pool.

As of 12 May, the Annita villa (ref. 015) is available for the following dates:

18 June 2008 to 16 July 2008
20 August 2008 to 3 September 2008
17 September 2008 onwards

Stephanie villa (ref. 016) is available for the following dates:

9 July 2008 to 23 July 2008
13 August 2008 onwards

Normal arrival and departure days are Wednesdays or Sundays (though exceptions may be possible in low season).
