These two neighbouring villas are located next to the
Vine Leaf Tavern at Pissouri Beach, and
are shown above. The two villas have the same layout and equipment. That on
the left is Annita and that on the right is Stephanie.
Facilities
Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms, two twin-bedded rooms and one
with a double bed. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms have air-conditioners, the cost
of €5 per day paid locally.
Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen including washing
machine.
Lounge/dining area: Fully fitted including stereo
and satellite TV (including BBC World).
Washrooms: The double bedroom has an ensuite
bathroom, and the two twin rooms share another bathroom upstairs. There is a
shower room downstairs.

Outside: A large patio area with private 10m x 5m swimming pool, with
views to the sea.
General: Villa cleaned between lets. Please provide
your own towels for the beach or around the swimming pool.

18 March, the Annita villa (ref. 015) is available for the following dates:
- now to 27 March 2010
- from 10 April to 1 August 2010
- from 28 August to 12 September 2010
- from 19 September 2010
Stephanie villa (ref. 016) is available for the following dates:
- now to 27 March 2010
- 5 to 12 April 2010
- 3 May to 1 August 2010
- 28 August to 12 September 2010
- 19 September to 6 October
- 20 October 2010 onwards
Normal arrival and departure days are Wednesdays or Sundays (though
exceptions may be possible in low season).

the exchange rate applicable is that applying at the time you make the payment,

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before
departure.
*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that
bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked
in each month.
