Location
Villa Prodhromos is part of a small holiday village set
on a hillside of a vine-growing valley known as Ampelohori (translates as "a
village amid vineyards") and commands beautiful views across the vineyards,
mountains and the sea. Ampelohori prides itself on its star credential as a gem location appealing to the quality-conscious holidaymaker.
Set well back from the Beach road, it is located 1km (14 mins' walk)
from the EU Blue Flag beach. Perfect idyll for a peaceful vacation in a
secure environment.
Facilities
Sleeping accommodation: One double bedroom and one twin
bedroom - plus two Z-beds sleeping a maximum of six persons. Cot and high
chair available. Both bedrooms have
microprocessor-controlled air conditioning units (no extra charge).
The double bedroom has views over the rear garden towards Pissouri Bay.
Living area: The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished.
Furniture and fittings are of local Cypriot pine manufacture. Patio sliding doors lead to the veranda and garden
enclosed by hibiscus hedging. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV
including UK channels, DVD and Roberts classic radio.
Kitchen/dining area: well equipped for up to 6 guests, including
cooker (gas), Miele automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave,
small electrical appliances. Good supply of crockery, glassware and
utensils. Kitchen fitted with fire protection and gas security alarm.
Bathroom: full bathroom suite with overhead
shower. Separate
vanity unit with wash basin adjacent to bathroom. External
shower enclosure fully tiled with high privacy, linked to solar heating.
Over the years, this has proved a popular amenity with guests in a hot
climate.
Outside: Veranda leading to secluded garden equipped with 4 sunloungers,
parasols and garden furniture. Car parking is in front of the villa in a cul-de-sac lined with citrus fruit
trees.
Swimming pool (shared) set in beautiful landscaped gardens with separate children's paddling pool. Poolside bar
adjacent. The Ampeli restaurant has a spacious veranda with marvellous views
over vineyards towards the Troodos mountains and is perfect for al fresco
dining.

14 May, the villa is available for the following dates:
- 25 May 2008 to 25 October 2008
- 1 November 2008 onwards
Normal arrival and departure day either Saturday or
Wednesday, though exceptions can be discussed.

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before
departure.
*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that
bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked
