This new luxury villa is situated in an outstanding position. There are open views towards Pissouri Bay, towards Akrotiri Salt Lake, and towards Mount Olympus and its mountain range: one can see both the highest and lowest points in Cyprus. To the west the sea near Aphrodite’s rock can also be seen. The villa is located at the top of Pissouri village.

Facilities

One the ground floor is a large, tastefully equipped lounge, a spacious dinning room and an extra-modern kitchen with granite worktops and granite wall tiles. A cloakroom / visitors' toilet is also on this floor. Annexed to this floor is the optional fourth air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom and a very large games room.

In the lounge there is a modern TV and DVD player, and CD/radio/cassette player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven/hob, electric kettle, juicer, large fridge/freezer, etc. etc.

The washing machine is located in the utility room together with an extra fridge for your use when you are around the swimming pool. Next door to the utility room is another full bathroom with hot/cold water to use when around the pool area. The swimming pool area is swell equipped with sun loungers, garden tables and chairs, shaded areas, and a 3-seater swinging chair. A permanent barbeque area is being erected to cater for your special charcoal grill meals.

Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms - two double and a twin. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans for those who are allergic to air-conditioners. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a very large main bathroom to serve the other two rooms. All bedrooms lead to a very large patio (9 metres by 7 metres) where you will experience tohe most amazing/breathtaking views. There are easy chairs and tables scattered around for you to relax and enjoy this magnificent place.

This villa is also fully centrally heated for the winter months.

Outside is a 4m x 8m swimming pool with roman steps. A new fully equipped barbeque area is being erected near the pool area.
