This 2-bedroom air-conditioned villa with private swimming pool is located on the ridge running from the village of Pissouri, Cyprus, to the cliffs of Cape Aspro, approximately 1km from the village centre. From the villa there are unspoilt views across the open countryside towards the sea.

A welcome pack of wine, water, bread, butter & eggs is provided.

Double bedroom with a shower and WC room just off it. Twin bedroom has en-suite facilities. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned (2-hour timers fitted to all units)

The air-conditioned (2-hour timers fitted to all units) kitchen and living room are open plan. The kitchen includes the usual kettle, iron, toaster, microwave, coffee percolator. The living room has a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player.

The swimming pool is 8 metres by 4 metres with internal lighting and steps built in. Walls to the back and front prevent dust getting to the pool and keep it private, but there remain the sea views to the left of the pool.

The patio area features a barbecue, four sun-loungers, a new pergola/sunshade, and the usual garden furniture.
