This three-bedroomed villa with its own private swimming pool is located on the ridge running from the village of Pissouri, Cyprus, to the cliffs of Cape Aspro, approximately 1km from the village centre. From the villa there are unspoilt views across the open countryside towards the sea.

*WiFi access is via Pissouri Net - a village-wide wireless network. Access vouchers area available from the internet shop in the village at about 10 Euros per week

The villa has central heating - which is often needed from December to March - very few villas have this facility  - and this is one reason for the price we have to charge in winter - heating oil is far more expensive in Cyprus than the UK!

A welcome pack of wine, water, bread, milk, coffee, tea, etc is provided.

Facilities

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, one with two large twins beds, and one with two standard twin beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, tables and small chests, and all have air-conditioning. The a/c units are NOT fitted with timers, and can therefore be used as required.

Washrooms: In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a shower room with w.c.

Kitchen: Open-plan with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and toaster. A small utility area houses the washing machine, iron and board.

Free Cot & High Chair available on request

Reception: large, open-plan sitting room with decorative stone features. Comfortable sofas (new lounge suite in 2008), tables, a colour television, video player, a CD player, and a DVD player. With satellite TV, including UK channels such as BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel Five, Sky News, BBC Children's channels, BBC 3 & BBC4, etc.

The dining area has a dining table, matching chairs and leads to the open-plan kitchen area.

The villa has oil fired central heating for the winter months - all rooms have radiators.

Outside: Through the patio doors from the sitting room and down a few steps is an excellent terrace with garden furniture, sun beds and parasol, with purpose-built shaded area.

The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and well secluded. All linen is provided except beach towels. Barbecue area with both charcoal and gas barbecues.

(Although there are steps down from the patio doors to the pool area as shown in the picture, it is possible to get from the front door around the end of the house to the pool area/patio without any steps, so the villa is suitable for those in wheelchairs or unable to negotiate steps.)

As of 04 February, the villa is available for the following dates:

• to 31 March 2012
• 21 April to 16 May 2012
• 15 July to 5 August 2012
• 26 August to 28 October 2012
• 1 December 2012 onwards

Rates per week* (in British Pounds sterling)

Payment - 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before departure.

*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked in each month.
