Melanda Villa

Luxury 2 Bedroom Villa

Melanda is a newly built luxury detached villa and is all on one level. The location of Melanda makes for both a relaxing holiday due to the proximity of the beaches nearby as well as many historical attractions to be explored. Melanda is situated within a small residential development on the outskirts of Pissouri Village. Only 5 minutes' walk away you will find the Hani Taverna, a post office combined with newsagent and small shop, as well as a butcher's, petrol station and pharmacy.

Pissouri Village is 5 minutes' drive away with its various restaurants, tavernas and takeaways, the village square and amphitheatre being a welcoming place for tourists and locals alike. The blue-flag beach at Pissouri takes approximately 6 minutes by car: there you can either sunbathe, learn to water-ski or merely enjoy the beach-side tavernas.

Facilities

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with air-conditioning units, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The double bedroom enjoys an en-suite shower room, wash-hand basin and toilet whilst the twin bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom including shower, toilet and wash-hand basin.

Kitchen: Melanda Villa enjoys an open plan kitchen-diner. The Italian fitted kitchen is equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board and all crockery and utensils required for a happy and pleasant stay. The kitchen patio doors lead out on to a private patio.

Dining area: The dining area can seat up to four persons and is adjacent to the kitchen.

Sitting Room: A three-seater sofa and large pouffe, coffee table and TV together with the DVD player and radio/CD player make for comfortable surroundings. Satellite TV provides various English language channels including BBC 1,2 and 3; ITV 1; Sky 3 and Channels 4 and 5.

There is an air-conditioning unit but also a stand-alone heater for the cooler winter evenings.

General: All towels and linen are provided for your stay with the exception of beach towels. All the double-glazed windows are fitted with insect screens and blinds allowing the cool breeze to circulate in the warm summer months. The flooring is marble throughout.

Outside: Private patio with sun loungers, table, chairs and umbrella.
