Important information
Up to date details of availability and prices are set out on
each individual villa or apartment page. We do not have any additional
Cyprus villas or availability in addition to those shown here.
Unless stated otherwise, bed sheets and bathroom towels are
provided in all villas and apartments, and where the booking is for more than
one week, a second set is provided for the second week, etc. Beach & pool towels
are not provided.
In some villas, air-conditioning or other services may be
available only at extra cost - this is always clearly indicated on the
individual villa page.

Clients should be
aware that there is a lot of villa development, with the associated building
work, taking place in all of Cyprus, including the Pissouri area. It is
impossible to predict when and where this will occur - it often begins
without warning. Neither exclusively-cyprus.com nor our villa and apartment
owners can be held responsible for any nuisance this may cause to those
renting properties.
Please note that Trahonas is owned and
managed by the owners of exclusively-cyprus.com. However,
exclusively-cyprus.com let the other properties offered merely as the
letting agent of their owners who retain full responsibility for the
management of the properties and the provision of the advertised
facilities.
Water shortage
In view of the critical water shortage in Cyprus, with
the reservoirs almost empty and water being imported by tanker from
Greece, we are advised that Pissouri is now joining most other population
centres on the island in introducing cuts in water supply immediately.
Initially the interruptions to the water supply will be
for 24 hours from 7am every Monday and from 7am every Thursday. It is
possible that more frequent interruptions will be imposed at a later date.
Hosepipes MUST NOT be used for any purpose.
Many properties have water storage tanks which,
provided water is used with care, could last through until the supply is
restored - but remember that dishwashers and washing machines use a lot of
water, and when the supply is restored the pressure will be low as
everyone's tank will be filling up! Therefore please use water with
extreme care at all times. DO NOT under any circumstances use water from
the swimming pool to flush the toilet: the chemicals in the pool water
will damage the septic tank.
Despite the water shortage we do hope that you will
enjoy your holiday in Pissouri, and return next year when we hope that a
winter of plentiful rainfall will have enabled the water supply to be
restored to normal.
