Enjoying an elevated site on the edge of the popular coastal village of
Pissouri, this attractive two-bedroomed apartment can sleep four in
A/C units are fitted to both bedrooms & the lounge, the a/c units are fitted
with timers that allow air conditioning for 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 2 hour
periods as required.
Tastefully appointed with quality modern furniture throughout, it has a
walk-in kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is
linked to an open-plan lounge/diner by means of a breakfast-bar. There
are excellent views through the full-width sliding French windows over the
large full-width balcony.
TV, video player, DVD player, radio and CD player are
available for your use. In addition guests have the use of a telephone for
unlimited on-island calls, and may also receive local and international
The two twin bedrooms are well appointed with fully fitted wardrobes and
matching furniture; one has direct access to the balcony via French windows.
A hairdryer is available.
The balcony has an extensive, panoramic outlook primarily to the south and
southeast providing uninterrupted views of the coastal and inland areas. A
barbeque is available for your use.
The shared use of a nearby, secluded pool (April to October inclusive) is a
short walk from the apartment. Access to the unspoilt beach at Pissouri Bay is a
pleasant 5-minute descending drive from the village. Car parking is
provided in front of the property.
Pissouri Village is beautifully situated high on the
hills overlooking Pissouri Bay and is one of the most attractive villages in
the area, having benefited from renovation grants, whilst completely
retaining the character of a typical Cypriot village. The village square has
a good choice of tavernas and restaurants, whilst the bay area offers the
chance to dine al fresco within sight and sound of the sea.
The village is ideally located to explore many of the
beautiful and interesting areas of Cyprus.
To the west is the historical and busy port of Paphos,
and further to the northwest is the stunning Akamas Nature Reserve just
beyond the fishing villages and holiday beaches of Latsi and Polis. Five to
ten minutes to the east lie the lesser-known beaches of Melanda and Evdimou;
both have lovely beach restaurants and are popular with locals. Within 30
minutes is the town of Limassol, possessing distinct areas of old charm and
Airport access is straightforward: Paphos airport is a
very easy 20 minute motorway drive, whilst Larnaca is just over an hour
away, likewise by motorway. Rental prices include all linen and bath towels
